Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL database) hosted on cloud infrastructure with appropriate access controls, encryption at rest, and secure transmission (HTTPS/TLS). Resume files are stored in secure object storage with restricted access. We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be accessed by:

  • Authorised personnel within ValueChakra Advisory involved in responding to your enquiry or evaluating your application
  • Technology service providers (Supabase, Vercel, Zoho) who process data on our behalf under appropriate data processing agreements
  • Regulatory or legal authorities where required by law
