Why we exist

Businesses rarely lose value all at once. They lose it quietly — cash trapped in working capital, margin slipping unwatched, a compliance gap no one has priced. Small leaks, and almost none of them show on a single financial statement.

That is where our name comes from. A chakra is an energy centre — a point through which vital force must flow for the whole system to work. We borrow the structure, not the spiritualism. Every business has seven such centres: cash flow, supply chain, assets, product and pricing, people and process, governance and risk, and IT. Open one and value flows. Block one and everything beyond it is starved — even when nothing looks wrong.

Most businesses run dark in three or four of the seven, simply because no one was ever looking at all of them at once. We do exactly that: find the blocked centres and open them.

We are a specialist advisory practice based in Chennai, built around this single model, working most closely with Corporates, Family Businesses and foreign-owned Indian subsidiaries — where seven healthy centres is also what keeps management assured. Most advice fixes the centre you already noticed. We begin by diagnosing all seven — cash flow through to IT — so the centre that is actually starving the business surfaces, not just the one that is complaining. Each engagement is senior-led from diagnosis to execution, with every position verified against statute, standard or regulation.

We measure ourselves by what starts flowing — cash released, margin recovered, risk closed — not by reports delivered.
